Jonas Brothers and Hollywood Records Team Up to Release Fashionably Late

Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas of the Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling band, Jonas Brothers, today announced they would team up with Hollywood Records to release Fashionably Late, the debut album from one of this summer's hottest new band, Honor Society (www.myspace.com/honorsociety). Co-Written and Co-Produced by Honor Society and John Fields, and Executive Produced by Jonas Brothers, Fashionably Late is due for release on September 15, 2009. Honor Society is signed to a new "joint venture" record label to be owned by Jonas Brothers and Hollywood Records.
"Hollywood Records has been an incredible partner for us as a band," say the Jonas Brothers. "Working with exciting new talent and producing music for them is a natural evolution in our careers and we couldn't be more excited to have our friends from Honor Society be one of the first artists we will help launch."
Honor Society's infectious new summer song and their first official single, "Where Are You Now," was released on July 21. The single is taken from the soundtrack to the upcoming film, BANDSLAM (Summit Entertainment and Walden Media) starring Aly Michalka, Vanessa Hudgens, Gaelen Connell and Lisa Kudrow which premieres in theatres on August 14. Since the Spring, Honor Society has been named a breakout band to watch by Rolling Stone, identified as a Buzzworthy artist by MTV and earned an opening spot on one of the biggest tours of the summer as they join the Jonas Brothers and Jordin Sparks on the North American leg of the Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009. Their explosive growth is due in large part to the band's intensely loyal fan base they built from the ground up on MySpace and YouTube. Honor Society's potent pop rock sound, skilled musicianship, energetic live shows and sense of style has led to over 3 million plays of their music on their MySpace artist profile page. In addition to recently selling out famed live music venues such as New York's Fillmore Theater at Irving Plaza and the House of Blues on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, the band is currently headlining their own club tour called The Full Moon Crazy Tour.

We have been so busy grinding on the JB World Tour AND the Full Moon Crazy Tour, that we wanted to take time out to make sure you know we haven't forgotten about any of you! Know that the band that brought you the 'Gentlemen's Club', the 'Under the Sun, Under the Stars' tour and Frozone Johnstone III, is still alive and well. There is more where that came from and it is going to be coming at you in the next couple weeks. Please enjoy the freshest content we have to offer... certified organic and packed with vitamins 'D', 'U', and 'H'.
This is our commitment to you, our fans. You pour out so much love and energy for us and we want to return the favor by giving you the best that we have. That commitment starts with our music and as most of you know we've only put out one EP, 'A Tale of Risky Business' in the two years that we have been a band... but that is all about to change.

Friday night Honor Society played at the Toyota Center in front of a packed house, then held a sold out after show at the House of Blues.
