Buzzworthy besties HONOR SOCIETY are well into their Full Moon Crazy Tour, but they still found the time to remember the little people. And by the little people, we mean us. Why? Because the men of Honor Society are angels who pose as men on earth. There. The secret's out. Here's what Michael Bruno (happy belated birthday!), Alexander Noyes, Jason Rosen, and Andrew Lee had to tell us about Honor Society's life on the road and the big build up to their upcoming debut album, Fashionably Late. I want to believe that someone was wearing jorts when this tour diary was written, by the way...
Hey MTV, it's Honor Society, coming to you from the road. A quick review for those of you who don't know we're on the Jonas Brothers World Tour '09 as well as our own headlining Full Moon Crazy Tour (why do one tour when you can do two at the same time!)
Things have been exciting lately, we got to do two shows in Detroit in one day: a matinee show for our Full Moon Crazy tour which ROCKED, the fans were incredible, and then we raced over to the Palace at Auburn Hills at played for 15,000 people opening for the Jonas Brothers!
Right after the show we hopped on a plane to New York City for our album cover photo shoot. It's our debut album, called Fashionably Late, and it comes out September 15th, GO GET IT! You can pre-order the album at honorsocietymerch.com.
The photoshoot was incredible and really completed the artistic vision we had for the record. There's great imagery and symbolism that our fans will love.
(Read more of Honor Society's Buzzworthy tour diary after the jump!)
The next two days after the shoot we got to play in St. Louis and Kansas City, MO both of which were awesome shows, we met some amazing new fans there.
We're now headed to the Bahamas to perform two songs for the MISS TEEN USA Finals Pageant, it will be a really cool experience for us.
Keep checking in with us to hear more about MISS TEEN USA as well as everything else we have coming up!
no duh.

Honor Society Talks About Touring with the JoBros!
Posted: 12 Aug 2009 | Melody
Seventeen chatted with Honor Society at the Teen Miss USA pageant at the fabulous Atlantis resort in the Bahamas, where they preformed with Leah Renee. Andrew, Alexander, Michael and Jason are currently on tour with The Jonas Brothers, in addition to headlining their own tour.
17: So, how's being on tour with the Jonas Brothers?
Honor Society: The tour is awesome. Playing with the Jonas Brothers every night is just incredible. They're friends of ours, and obviously the crowds are huge — fifteen to twenty thousand, sometimes more. In addition to that, we're doing our own headlining tour, called The Full Moon Crazy tour. So, we're getting the best of both worlds all summer.
17: What has been the funniest thing that's happened on tour with the Jonas Brothers?
HS: Recently, within the past two weeks, Joe has been wearing a lot of costumes to the sound checks and backstage. He was corn on the cob, he was grapes. It's literally like a grab-bag everyday, you never know what you're going to get. It's so funny.

Openers Honor Society loving the ride

As their name implies, the members of Honor Society aren't slackers.
In fact, these openers for the Jonas Brothers are some of the hardest-working dudes in show business.
The New Jersey power-pop act — the first band to be signed to the Jonas Brothers' label, which is distributed by Hollywood Records — is doing its own headlining tour at the same time. That can sometimes mean two and three shows a day. “It's not overwhelming. It's overwhelmingly exciting,” singer and guitarist Michael Bruno said. “We are really working really hard. But it's staying busy doing what you love.”
Honor Society performs twice in San Antonio on Thursday: first at Sunset Station in the morning at the iWin Joe Jonas Fun Run; then at the AT&T Center that night.
Traveling the country in their bright-red tour bus nicknamed “Clifford” (like the dog) is paying off.
The single Where Are You Now is on the Bandslam soundtrack, and the band makes a cameo in the upcoming sequel to Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Drummer Alex Noyes is a former member of the Jonas Brothers touring band. “That's definitely the link that helped put it together,” Noyes said. “But ultimately, the boys, Nick, Kevin and Joe, and the management team really saw potential and talent in the band.”
The young men in Honor Society are older than the Jonas Brothers and rock harder. They often describe themselves as Justin Timberlake fronting a rock band, a combination of pop, rock, urban and R&B influences.
